There are many branches of the Walker family connected to us through both Joe Quilietti and through Peggy Walker Morrison who carried the connected surname through to her line.
This is the birth of James Walker, son of William Walker and Margaret Jamieson born on 18th and baptised on the 24th October 1777. When James Walker was born on November 18, 1777, in Paisley, Renfrewshire, Scotland, his father, William, was 32 and his mother, Margaret, was 27. He married Mary Pinkerton in 1800 in his hometown. They had nine children in 20 years. He died on May 11, 1856, in Dalry, Ayrshire, Scotland, having lived a long life of 78 years, and was buried in Irvine, Ayrshire, Scotland.
