GIULIANOTTI, map of Scotland
The Giulianotti and Guilianotti spelling of the name was well mixed up by the Registrars in Scotland’s clerical errors. So we find the same family with the different spellings, just as they did with the Brattesani and Brattisani spellings.
The Giulianotti family’s arrival in Scotland was around the late 1880s and the first marriage in 1892 with Giulio marrying Rosa Brattesani in Edinburgh.
Rosa Brattisani on her wedding day in 1892. She married Giulio Giuliantti
The Giulianotti\Guilianotti family however did not choose Edinburgh as their home instead they braved the Scottish weather and moved mostly to the East Coast of the country.
